A mysterious new horror game for PlayStation 4 called P.T. was just announced at Gamescom and you can try it now. Alongside the game's announcement, Sony and developer 7780s Studio released a demo for P.T., which they describe as "the world's first interactive teaser."
You can download the cryptic P.T. teaser — a 1.3 GB download — from the PlayStation Store starting today.

I'm not sure why I downloaded and now starting to play it. I'm a little girl when it comes to horror.

EDIT: Ok... this wasn't much of anything unless I'm missing something.

Seems like you just walk down a hall into a door and you enter the same hallway and repeat. I'm not sure if anyone has tried it yet, but all the other doors are locked for me.

EDIT2: Oh god, yeah **** that, horror isn't for me! I lasted longer in Outlast.

Gimmick after gimmick? I don't think I can get behind that train of thought.

Anyway, the next Tomb Raider is an Xbox exclusive. I'm hoping its a timed exclusive, but either way this hurts since I enjoyed the game quite a bit.

Same here. For the VR stuff I really hope it comes togther. I'm all for trying new things to add to the gaming experience.

Holding off on the Oculus to see what happens with Sony's.
Just like the fear that was debunked by doctors with the 3DS, there's no real harm to the eyes with the VR suff, especially once the eyes get fully developed by age 6 or so. Nintendo just went to the side of caution with the warnings they put on the system. Most doctors even said the warning wasn't needed.

Just like normal TV watching though you have to use in moderation. Anything overdone can hurt the eyes due to strain not by mthe method you are watching.

I'd have to assume the TR is timed only, at least I hope so.

Anyways.. I want new things to explore.. that's part of why I love the hobby.

As long as you keep solving the puzzles, something new will happen every time you re-enter the hallway.

Ok I have a question and a dilemma...I sold my old PS4 a while back, apparently I forgot to delete my profile off of there. Now on the one I have now I'm seeing activity from my account on that console. It's nothing real big, just demos and a free game...is there any way to assure nothing can be done under my name on that console?

I don't have any CC info saved so nothing can be bought and I went and deactivated all devices and then reactivated my current PS4 as my main one, will that fix it? Thanks for any suggestions!

If he didn't make a new one...couldn't you log into PSN through your computer and change it....locking him out?
(I don't know if that's possible)

You can also log onto PlayStation.com and deactivate the other console from there.

PlayStation Now? Streams PS3 games but they all suck and are way over priced. Gimmick....PlayStation TV??? Streams PS1 and Vita games but kills off the Vita itself. Gimmick...VR crap...another gimmick.

Personally, Sony is doing in 2014 what Microsoft did in 2013. Concentrating on everything but the games themselves. Sony had a horrible Gamescom and E3 compared to Microsoft.

Sony is just coasting by and like Microsoft last gen, it's going to bite Sony in the ***. Just a matter of time.

Sorry that Tomb Raider being an Xbox One exclusive disappoints you. Me personally, im actually happy as it gives me another reason to buy an Xbox One. I may come off as one sometimes but im no Sony fanboy or fanboy of any company. To me, that's stupid because you'll miss out on some good games. And if I ever was to be a fanboy, I would be a Nintendo fanboy for the simple reason that if it wasn't for them, there would be no Sony and in turn, no Microsoft.

PSNow, despite the lack of decent titles and an easy to digest pricing model, is still a cool service. Streaming video games? I don't really see it as a gimmick. It's been terribly implemented, but hopefully they adjust to these growing pains as the service itself has potential.

I've been interested in PlayStation TV since it debuted last year. I guess the writing is officially on the wall for Vita, but there's plenty of games I want to play on the system. I just couldn't justify buying a portable console when I only play games at home. Much less another gaming system that is largely similar to one I currently own when I barely have time to keep up with the paltry amount of releases for the PS4.

I could justify a Wii since Nintendo still makes fun games that aren't found anywhere else.

I'm not at all surprised by the lackluster game conference showings this year considering PS4 was making waves and a large amount of games have been delayed.

Microsoft can have Tomb Raider we all know that that game is all about. WiLD was the game of Gamecom imo, Im going to have to pick up a PS4 sometime next year for this one.
