And here is the one I use called Lightstream (PS3 inspired) that changes color shades slowly while sitting there, or in the background in games, and even in 'rest mode' I believe, lol.

This update is soooooo good. Once you settle in, all the little nuances and refinements they did really shows.

There is a 'Transfer Data from Another PS4' Utility. Just in time for Neo and possible Slim. Just like they did, right around the Slim PS3 announcement.

The Quick Menu is so responsive and smooth, my favorite feature so far... Seeing the Trophy List right on the menu itself, with no lag or hiccups is great.

About the Transfer thing wouldn't you need your old ps4 to transfer data to the ps4 slim or NEO? I know you can save game saves onto a USB drive when you get a new system or a new hard drive but then you do have to reinstall ever game and redownload all dlc. Is this different then that?

Interesting link to the past is my 3erd favorite Zelda game of all time and the first Zelda game I ever played before. This game I had heard of the game before but I didn't really know any thing about it. Looks like they have it on amazon for less then 30.

Yes. It was like it was on the PS3. Worked through ethernet cable directly connected to both machines. So it would initialize the new machine and copy everything over without the need of an external backup device. Some people did this in stores they traded machines into, and I believe it was faster overall.

If one can't go that route, you can just backup old PS4 on an external drive. Factory reset it, then restore on new PS4/Neo.

It is just a good sign to see this in the firmware. Means we are getting very close to Neo and possible Slim.

I will post pics of this soon.

3D Dot Game Heroes came out the same day as Red Dead Redemption and thus was, overlooked and ignored sadly. Plus, it's a PS3 exclusive. While everyone else was playing RDR, I was playing in the world of Dotnia. LOL.

Sadly, I never finished the game. Of course, I have over 20 games in my backlog from last gen and if I was to ever buy a PS3 again, it would be for 3D Dot Game Heroes and Dragon's Crown. Two great games. Just never had the time to play them like I do now and once I moved on to this generation, I simply said, screw it, im never ever going to be able to catch up with my backlog so why bother and chose to concentrate on this generation in which I still have a backlog. ARGH and UGH.

Oh ok I was wondering because back with ps3 I got the YLOD and I had no idea how to back up any thing at the time like even to a USB drive and of course to do it this way you cant do it if your old system will not even turn on. When it comes to external I have no idea. But the thing is if you want to do the trade in thing for a ps4 and also do this you would have to get the NEO and then trade in the old ps4 after or find a story that will transfer the stuff for you. So I think it may be easier to just do the trade in and then redownload all your dlc and reinstall all of your games. That is why I hate not having memory cards and having hard drives. Makes things more of a pain in the butt.

I hadn't heard of this game in till E3 and I had no idea that some of the people behind DK where behind this to. I love DK and I can always go for some good platformer games. Is this a franchise or is this the first game?

lol about the backlog I have like 40 games I think and I still do try to catch up but I think the only way I could ever catch up would be if I won a lot of money and could just retire right now at the age of 27 lol.
