Whether it was placebo or not but after I did the PS4 VR system settings for eye adjustment etc.. I did not get nauseated during the Luge game... although I did close my eyes during every jump as it always makes my stomach get that weird felling like when I was a kid and my dad would go over hills fast... Lol
You mention adjusting something in settings but my VR menu only has brightness & screen position option.
Haven't seen anything for eye adjustment....

Are any other PSVR users getting this grainy effect on screen, mostly noticed it in Rush of Blood.

Some information I found said the lenses had protective film on them but after checking I can't see anything like that on the lenses.

You have to go into settings then devices and select PlayStation vr. Here you can re calibrate the lights on the headset as well as measure your eye distance.

Mine had protective film on them. Peeled off before using... Only time it's grainy for me (I do have old eyes ) is when nothing on screen and it's just black.

I also always wipe lenses with the included cloth before using.

In case anyone missed it, make sure you don't have headset facing direct sunlight. In can cause damage.

Still having a blast with it despite the lower resolution stuff. Just the immersion is so awesome.

Yes that's called the screen door effect and it's supposed to do that.

One of the games I haven't finished yet. Think I'll wait a little longer, especially if this happens. Nice to see that Sega seems to be onboard with supporting vr.

Now the subject of bringing Alien: Isolation to VR has come up again as Sega’s European boss Jurgen Post spoke to MCV, where he said the following:

“VR has caught the whole company’s attention. We have a lot of VR kits in the office and people are playing with it. We are exploring ways to release games. We’ve not announced anything, but we are very close to making an announcement.”

“We did Alien: Isolation about three years ago on Oculus Rift, it was a demo that was bloody scary. To bring that back to VR would be a dream and dreams can come true… VR will take time, but we will start releasing some titles just to learn. It is a platform for the future.”

Alien: Isolation has definitely been one of the scarier games to release within the past few years, so much so that many had a hard time even finishing

Well EG if you enjoy new experiences and aren't all about be all end all graphically insane games, you'll be happy.

Just make sure you go through the PS4 device settings area and do the eye measuring stuff too.

Can't wait to get Madden league game done tonight to get back into Rush of Blood. We're also going to play some Stop Talking.
I know games like Job Simulator are short spurt and non long lasting but they were fun.

So far for me Rush of Blood and the VR Worlds stuff have been great.
May pick up Here They Lie tonight.

Can't wait to see what's in the future.

Can you imagine this with sports games? Rushing the ball and coming face to face with say a Jack Lambert? Stepping in the batters box against Randy Johnson? It really takes you into another level.

It would be cool to be the QB and do what 2k did back in 2005 I think it was.

Yeah I loved that mode in 2K. Would be so much better with the head tracking.

Not sure if it was a problem with demo units or what but tracking etc.. has been fine so far in the retail system.
Dead accurate during Rush of Blood. Meant to mention that earlier.

Wonder is Sony has plans for a VR The Show? That would be awesome

Eve: Valkyrie was a game I demo played and thought was the best. Here is the gameplay. It's been getting strong scores and is also cross-platform.

Played quite a bit of driveclub vr after adjusting and measuring my IPD (eye to eye) and didn't feel queezy at all like I did the first day I got the headset. I also tried Eve valkeri and felt fine. I know results will vary but if you feel queezy with some games you may want to recalibrate and measure you IPD or eye to eye. It seems to have helped me.

All in all I am really happy with Psvr.
