If you can't handle discussion about a product because not every feels the same it's probably best to do what you are doing.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Announced, Scheduled to Release March 2017

Sorry but it very well could become a reality by year's end. Switch is $100 too much and this doesn't include the USB/Ethernet adapter for those who don't use wireless, the Pro controller, Zelda which is the ONLY game at launch even worth looking at, having to purchase a controller grip for $30 as the one that comes with the console doesn't have a USB port so you can't even charge those joycon controllers and overseas, forget about it. It's as high as $450 US. That's ******* insane!!!

Just like exclusives on PS4/Xbox One wouldn't be able to keep those consoles alive for very long, it's even worse for Nintendo consoles. Nothing but five year old ports, remasters and outside of Zelda and Mario this year, not a single game worth buying or rebuying.

Sorry Tomba. I was hyped going into the presentation thinking that Nintendo has learned from their mistakes but they haven't. Instead, they just keep repeating them. When you look at the presentation, it was WORSE than the PS4 PRO presentation. Seriously, it was a joke. Magic tricks, thinking that internet just started to exist, etc.

Seriously, just UGH. Even Tim Gettys from Kinda Funny who LOVES Nintendo was so down and depressed when he was watching the presentation. When a Nintendo fan of his caliber is depressed, just imagine how someone like me feels to where I was hoping to jump back in to Nintendo but they simply don't show me enough whatsoever. Ah whatever.Comment

No, it's WiFi. You are choosing to use an Ethernet adapter.

So I'm guessing we still don't know how powerful the actual console is? Or how the games will look compared to other current gen consoles?

If I want to use the best internet connection available I'm forced to buy an adapter though right? It's 2017. Consoles should have Ethernet ports.Comment

It's 2017 they should all be wifi and good wifi. It's a tablet. Do you walk around with Ethernet connected to your iPad or laptop?

The last laptop I bought also didn't have Ethernet ports.

Thought it was a console. My bad I guess.

Why didn't Wii U have an Ethernet port? Was that a tablet too? Why is there even an adapter option if it's not needed? Nintendo is lagging behind in numerous aspects. This is just another example.Comment

It is a console. A mobile console. I never had a single issue with wifi on the WiiU.

There's an adapter because people complained about the WiiU not having one. I have zero doubts it's just rebranded same device that never sold on WiiU or Wii.

It's also designed to be able to be removed from the cradle and play immediately. If you're playing online you have to then hope the tablet finds your wifi if the cradle is connected via Ethernet.

You're acting like you're playing COD on this thing.
