I haven't been able to watch the Direct yet...working out of town so videos on the laptop aren't best right now lol. I'll check it out tonight after we're done here. I've always loved the AC series, and there's a lot to do, but just feels they can do something more.

yeah there is definitely more they can do. I thought New Leaf was darn near perfect, I really liked the be-the-mayor aspect of that game, but there is always improvements to make. I wish the game had split screen local player support so two people can play at the same time. But two other things that I wanted are in Pocket Camp, an in game checklist for your inventory and exterior decorations. But if a Switch game can incorporate what Pocket Camp improves and also what Happy Home Designer started, that game could be even better than New Leaf.

Uh Oh, I see a 3 star review in there. Considering the fan reaction to sub 9.0 ratings for Zelda, that reviewer will probably have to go into hiding.

Which invites a certain criticism behind the keyboard which you've always had with whatever excitement I've had over a game including Zelda.

Yep I agree. Mario games for me are pretty much always a day 1 deal as the quality is usually spot on.
after tomorrow I should have a few days to enjoy it

It looks so good. I just still can’t justify buying the switch for one game. If my Zelda save and all VC games carried over from Wii U the decision would be a lot easier. Really wish Nintendo would get it together with that stuff.

So buy more than one game. There are plenty of titles to explore with more to come. More so than looking for a game, you should pick the Switch up for its portability then wait for your favorite title to drop on it.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t use the portability at all with the exception of plane flights a couple times a year which my 3ds suffices fine. As far as games I only buy Nintendo exclusives on Nintendo consoles. If portability was a feature I would use I’d definitely already have it though.
