Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Played Mario Tennis. Not a fan of all the slow mo, super shot kind of stuff, but I LOVE that they have a setting for regular matches without all the fancy stuff, definite buy.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Yeah, me too. I literally bought a Switch for Octopath Traveler. Played the demo and didn't finish it as I was sold on the game just from what I played in the demo and figured, I'll just wait until the game comes out. Perfect time too because summer is dead for me so this should keep me busy for a few weeks.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
I like those little things. It almost like a Street fighter game. Because it would just be a tennis game if it didn't have some Mario content. I couldn't imagine for one moment if Yoshi and Mario were playing tennis and it would be a normal match lol

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Really hoping for a new Animal Crossing announcement at E3. That and a mini N64 and it would be a massive Nintendo win.Comment

I liked the demo...I no longer travel for work much, so probably will wait a bit on some of these newer ones, but this was a great exploration RPG typeYeah, me too. Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Newer Ones? I'm all in for Octopath Traveler as it simply looks amazing and the gameplay/combat system was excellent and will be my mid-summer game in between Xbox One X BC and PS4 Pro. Overall, very much looking forward to Octopath Traveler and expecting it to be a top five, maybe three game for me this year. Granted, I haven't played and completed a JRPG since SNES/PS and that might have something to do with it but after playing the demo, I do believe that it will be an excellent JRPG.Comment

Newer games...I'm slow in buying recent stuff again (time and money). Buy a game every few months or so. This looks awesome, just not time for it at the moment. Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
For those of us who bought the original Switch version of NBA Playgrounds that was plagued with all sorts of problems, the developer promised a free version of Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn. It’s now available to download for free in the eShop.Comment

Re: Nintendo Switch Discussion
Oh, okay. You should look into GameFly. $16 a month plus tax so about $18 for one game at a time. Overall, they're not bad. I have been using it to rent Xbox 360 games for BC on X. Just a suggestion.
On topic...Octopath Traveler looks to be one hell of an JRPG and Square Enix seems to be creating a new studio with it focusing on new JRPG's exclusively for Switch. This has me very hyped.Comment

With 3 young kids I don't really get time at night (that's our only tv time) and weekends maybe an hour a morning if i'm luckyOh, okay.
