It's a great little system

Re: SNES Classic
You have to follow the right people on Twitter, then get immediate notifications from them when it's in stock, then be at your computer and ordering within 30 seconds of the tweet. Good luck.

Re: SNES Classic
Im at the point where I don't really care anymore for the Classic or SNES classic. If I spot one and happen to see one in the wild ill buy it but Im not stressing over it. Here is what I use. I used it to get a Switch for my son.
Just need to set up alerts and you can have them shoot you a text when it is in stock. Works pretty well. Had an alert pop up for the SNES Classic being in stock at gamestop.com and when I went to order it and check it out, it would disappear from my Cart or Gamestop's site would crash. Don't really care for it anymore.
I ended up picking up a raspberry PI (retro PI) and that is how I get my old school gaming fix on. Even then, I don't play that much. My youngest son plays it all the time though.Last edited by ckarlic; 10-24-2017, 08:43 AM.PSN: ckarlic

Re: SNES Classic
Yep, I'm with you on that. If I stroll into a store one day and happen to see one for purchase, I'll buy it, but I'm just not going to expend any additional effort to get one. I'm frankly too lazy and I know after I get it, it's probably mostly gonna sit there by the TV anyway.Im at the point where I don't really care anymore for the Classic or SNES classic. Re: SNES Classic
Yeah. I honestly can't say if the "shortage" is actually a production issue or something Nintendo is doing on purpose (history tends to show it being the latter with Nintendo) and it is just frustrating. I wouldn't mind having one but I am not going to jump through hoops to get one. Nintendo should just churn them out but I am not too familiar with the production process so ill just hope to stumble upon one one day. Im definitely not paying a penny above face value for the system.Yep, I'm with you on that. Re: SNES Classic
I hate when the site says "Sold Out" if some stores possibly have some. Even if there is one in stock in Altoona, Iowa and not available anywhere else in any other capacity, the site should be able to let me check the in-store availability options. But alas, I am unable to do this, and my local stores may have it but I can't see for myself. It's not like the one you bought was a reserved copy.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Yeah was in our Best Buy this morning and they had about 15-20 in stock. Of course if I wanted one they wouldn't have had any lol.Joshua:

Re: SNES Classic
Finally got one last night and only because I know someone I used to go to school with that works at BB. First time I have known any where that has had either NES classic or SNES classic in stock ever. The website said it was out only knew it was in stock because he posted something about how they got more yesterday. Have not had time to play yet will be a few days before I have time but I am shocked that I was able to get one.Comment
