I wonder (but I highly doubt), if we can play digitally downloaded PS4 games on our PS5 ?

Re: New PlayStation 5 Details Revealed, Arrives Next Holiday Season
I swore I heard that's possible if it is attached to the same PSN account as long as it is a BC capable title. The game Digitial. PS4 game I have that I care about is GTA VComment

Re: New PlayStation 5 Details Revealed, Arrives Next Holiday Season
As far as I know, you should be able to carry over the PS4 digital game to the PS5 as long as the game is backwards compatible and you're using the same account. It would suck if that doesn't work since I do have The Division 2 which Ubisoft confirmed to be BC and would want to keep playing the game.
Destruction All Stars being delayed and inserted into PS+ for two months is brilliant decision because at $70 at launch, the game was going to get massacred. These decisions gives the game breathing room and could be like a Rocket League which took off because it released first on PS+.Comment

Re: New PlayStation 5 Details Revealed, Arrives Next Holiday Season
I got MLB the show 19 and Battlefront 2 that I got for free back in like May. I’ve been playing them Every night.
Yes I’m all in for PS5 nba 2k21, but wouldn’t mind bring those two games over......Comment

Originally posted by -chill-Hey friends, I was trying to look around to find a good spot to post this but couldn't so I figured I'd just go here. Getting antsy to pick up my preorder and decided I'd splurge on a new TV as well for the console. Can anyone give me some feedback on this guy?

In the forums, go to other, entertainment and technology and in there is a tv thread. Guy by the name of Scott I believe works at Best Buy but there’s a lot of opinions found within the thread.

Re: New PlayStation 5 Details Revealed, Arrives Next Holiday Season
I guess it is for the best a lot of people where already saying it looked like that type of game instead of the $70 price game it was going to be.
I don't care for 60 fps cant tell the difference between it and 30 but I am sure it will also get like a 4k with 30 fps option to or something. I have thought about replaying it. I have only beaten the game 1 time and that was with out doing like any side stuff. I think we are going to get more news about ps4 exclusive and how it will play on ps5 in the next week or so. I expect we will get more news about GOT on ps5 and a patch for it.
I heard that the bundle with that game now stores may be giving people a $70 PlayStation Store card to like replace the game but I am not sure.
You don’t see the difference between 30 and 60fps? lmao... I hate 30fps. That to me is better than textures and the difference is night and day. 60 to 120 is super smooth. Even on my pc games like nba2k and madden are different games compared to consoles.

I might understand if somebody says it's not worth the hit in other visuals to achieve 60 FPS for them or maybe that it yields diminishing returns in their eyes, but to actually not see a difference, especially in a side-by-side comparison, feels a bit suspect. I'm not saying you're joking, or anything, I'm just saying that seems a little off.
Can you see the difference between 30/60 FPS on sports streaming content? MLB.TV didn't used to do 60 FPS on PC until just a few years ago, and now they do. Anything on something like that? What about The Hobbit and Gemini Man shooting in 48 FPS instead of 24 FPS as films? Heck, what about when some action flicks do 21 FPS in action scenes versus its 24, nothing?
Just curious, that's all.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

I agree with you 100%. I’d say watch a movie and watch it in soap opera mode and tell me you can’t tell the difference between 24fps which is the standard for movies and soap opera at 60fps. It’ll make the movie seem like a YouTube video. The smoothness is extremely obvious to me. I would go as far as to say try watching an MLB.tv game on your cellphone at 30 FPS then switch to a device that plays the mlb game in 60fps and it’s night and day too. But, if you say you don’t see the difference I can’t debate what you say you can’t see.
