I did the same thing at Best Buy canceled the Series X opting for PS5 just because that’s what my friends chose. I’m hoping Best Buy does me the same favor they did you lol.

I'm going to check Amazon, Gamestop, and Best Buy at midnight online Monday night and hope they have something then. Grats to all that was able to get one, may be awhile for me but I'm still excited about Tuesday to see what everybody thinks of next Gen.

Gears 5 for Xbox Series X looks and performs superbly. I'm not into replaying the game itself but I am looking forward to the Hivebusters story DLC in December.

Glad I never finished this game. I’ll be going back into it on Tuesday to see for myself the difference.

I’m near the end. Think I might do a restart. Can’t wait to fire this system up on my new 55”LG CX and Denon S960h receiver.

                          Good times coming!!

I started to play it at 4k insane on my 3090 2 days ago and decided to play it on xbox series x which trumps pc and has HDR since I game on console with my OLED CX and my rig on my monitor which does not do good HDR

I realize this is the Xbox thread so it’ll probably be a bit biased, but im really debating on if I upgrade my One X or PS4 Pro first? Xbox is definitely more powerful, and has more features and convenience, but the PS5 has haptic triggers and the 3d audio.

                              Thoughts?

sort of same boat, I have OG ps4 and one x - I'm going to go with getting a series x first and down the line at some point over the next year get a ps5 digi... to me that's the best way to go as far as a next gen combo. If I had to choose just one I'm more series x because it's just so much more powerful. I prefer the xbox ecosystem as well and would do any cross platform on the x... as far as sony's offerings what will sell me a ps5 is to continue my journey with Dreams, as well as last of us multiplayer (when it comes out).

So I'm bias in the sense that NO exclusives on either system really blow my hair back which makes the choice easier because of the aforementioned reasons.

                                * I should add, that I would not upgrade at all yet if it weren't for the major jonesing all the NBA2k21 next gen stuff has me doing... because upgrading an aging ps4 would normally make more sense, but there's nothing out for the next while I'll care about that is exclusive.
