Re: Xbox Series X ($499) and Xbox Series S ($299) Release on November 10, Pre-Orders
I preordered both the PS4 and Pro from Amazon and both were delivered on launch. It all depends on how close you are to a shipping hub, so you may not see any updates if they don’t need to send it earlier based on your distance.
I am starting to get nervous about my Target preorder and have a feeling they won’t ship until the actual release day.
Phil Spencer did say there will be enough series x consoles to satisfy all pre ordersComment

I’m more concerned with my ps5 disk version from Amazon. I think there’s less ps5 available

What Games are you guys getting for your series x? So far I'm leaning on nba2k21, COD and madden, but I don't want to spend $70 for a game. I think i'll wait for black Friday.NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.Comment

Game Pass stuff and I also have AC:Odyssey that I'll enjoy playing. I'm not in a rush to spend money on new games and I'll be enjoying quick resume, the loading speeds and all that. Plus EA Play on Game Pass in a week and there's stuff I haven't played yet.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

For the high speed SSD upgrade i think there's only the Seagate that plugs into the special slot. For the backwards compatibility you can plug in any USB3 and play games off of that with slower load times as well as backing up Series X/S games on that but not playing them off it.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

- Assassin's Creed Valhalla (digital, gold edition, $100)
That's what I will have at launch. WD Legion will be the first game I play on Xbox Series X. I will then subscribe to Game Pass for a month to start playing through the main line Halo series as I want to go through them all before Infinite releases. Playing a few of the Halo games will be after WD Legion but before Immortals Fenyx Rising.
I will also have Gears Tactics to play at some point via Game Pass. Another game that I will probably pre-order this Friday along with Valhalla is Bright Memory.
Bright Memory is a fast paced FPS with melee combat. It's only about an hour long and is the demo that was released on Steam back in March 2019. It's $8. Main reason im playing it is because im very hyped for Bright Memory Infinite which releases in 2021 and is a full game.
I will have plenty of games to play for the next three months until Outriders in February.
Super hyped!!!!!Comment
