Series S will have RT too, just lower resolution.

It'll be interesting to see as we go...I'll expect XSS to play things well 1080p but not as much quality but at a cheaper price/situation you can choose to be ok with it....won't surprise me if a lot of budget people just get one.

I'm really getting hyped about quick resume and having it always work vs. now where I'll never know if/when my game will end up resetting. This and quick loading screens will be awesome quality of life updates that are underrated.

Just received the call from my local Best Buy to come on November 10th to pick it up. Asked me if I wanted to schedule a pickup time. So I’ll be picking mine up at 8:30am on the 10th. I’m hype!!

Ray Tracing is day one for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

Maybe you're thinking of Devil May Cry 5 which is getting Ray Tracing day one for Xbox Series X via a patch where previously, it was going to be post launch.

maybe that's what it is, I did read Devil may Cry 5 will not have Ray Traying on the S.

I knew it was somewhere...Ubisoft confirmed RT for Series X/S.

Pretty sure you're about DMC 5 because at first, there was no RT, then there was but just for Series X. Honestly, I beat DMC 5 at release so I could care less about it and thus, haven't followed any info or updates on it. Sorry.

Not sure what you are referring to since I have not had none of my 4k blu ray movies not play on xbox one x. But maybe it has for others...

Just to let those who may have pre-ordered from The Microsoft Store, I was charged today for the Xbox Series X so you may want to check to see if you were charged today as well.

I thought Amazon charges when it ships?

They don’t usually charge until it ships.

You know, I've just been having this sinking feeling that I'm gonna get an email saying my order is cancelled from Walmart. Call me negative, or whatever.

But I seem to have the worst luck. Showing my age, but if anyone has seen the movie Pure Luck, I'm basically Martin Short's character.

I ordered the new iPhone 12 Pro in the Pacific Blue color. Everything was fine. Until a couple days later I get an email saying that that color is out of stock and my order has been cancelled.

It took three days before any Pro's were available and I was able to order one, but of course it's on backorder and won't be here until at least Nov 30th.

I sold my PS4 Pro and it got lost in the mail on it's way to Florida. I had to cancel the sale and send the money back to the guy, and I'm still working with USPS to find the damn thing. The one guy I talked to who is a higher up, said the reality is that they probably won't find it. That it has either been thrown away by mistake, or delivered to someone else who didn't return it to the post office.

So then, I start really missing MLB The Show, so I decided to try and find a cheap PS4. Found one on Mercari that had a bad disc drive, but supposedly played digital games just fine. So I'm like ok, that's all I need since 99% of my games are digital. It was $150. Welp, they didn't work. Every digital game would crash after about an hour to a screen telling me there has been some sort of system crash and to re-install the game. Did it three times with three different games and same thing. Requested a return and Mercari accepted it. So at least there's that.

I won't go on and on. But there has been some other stupid stuff recently that just makes me feel defeated.

I shouldn't even be complaining about this trivial stuff, but it gets frustrating.

So please, Walmart give me my Xbox.

Something like a potential cancellation caused me to get 2 preorders to be on the safe side. My plan was to give my son one of them if I received them both which it looks like I will but he wants no part of the system he wants PS5. GameStop assured me that my preorder is a guarantee ( I was the first one in line) and my Amazon preorder has updated.

Still won’t be satisfied until it is in my greasy paws!
