Ok so I finally received NBA2K21 and at first I wasn’t too impressed but after playing the game for a while it’s good so far. Looks really sharp and so far it’s fun.

Major props to Slymm for going out of his way to pick up and ship me an Xbox Series X. Would probably be stuck waiting until after the new year if not for his act of kindness.

Re: Xbox Series X ($499) and Xbox Series S ($299) Release on November 10, Pre-Orders
I saw a notice from Walmart saying they would be taking online orders starting at 3:00 PM EST. I camped on the catalog page on the website at 2:55 and started refreshing. I got a blue "Add to Cart" button after about the 5th press, but by the time I got to the pay screen it would tell me it was temporarily out of stock. I just kept backing up and refreshing and I'd get it again and again (lost track of the number cycles) until finally it was requesting my payment method information.
After getting to the payment screen, and hitting "confirm your order", I got another "this item is temporarily out of stock" message again. When I'd back up to the order screen, it was still waiting for me to confirm. After about a dozen or so other attempts, I finally got a purchase to go through and I'm now confirmed with a delivery date of "by January 8th"! I'll be frolicking in the promised land with you other lucky Series Xers before too much longer.Duke Football? Hell yes it's Duke Football! --- Coach CutcliffeComment
