Just a few random things:

- The song playing in the Diner was by Patsy Cline. She died in a plane crash.
- The song Hurley and Sayid were listening to on the beach was by Glenn Miller. He died in a plane crash.

Anyone else think what Hurley said to Sayid was odd. Sayid tells Hurley about radio signals bouncing off the ionisphere and that you can't tell where a signal is coming from, to which Hurley replies "... Or from when?"

Well Glenn Miller certainly was from a different era music wise... So it's quite possible that maybe they fell through some weird time warp thing.

I'm split on that. I think the writers could have thrown that in there to create some more off-the-wall theories or its actually part of the solution.

They had been born on the island as part of Dharma. A long time ago, one scientist had taken exception to the treatment of children as part of such a project and sabotaged it. He/she deliberately prevented entry of the code numbers into the hatch computer, and so the Hanso satellite - as its programmed function as a security failsafe - zapped the area of the hatch. Four people were killed in this 'incident' (as it was referred to in the Orientation film), including Hanso himself; two scientists lost arms - Dr. Marvin Candle and Ray Mullen (the farmer who handed Kate over to the police (and possibly her real father)). The dead were laid to rest on the island and were found as 'Adam and Eve' by our heroes.

It better be a good zapping!!!!!

Great episode...the wife and I definately thought it was Ana Lucia who grabbed Sun, especially with the rumors of her demise so prominent. I am also of the mind that Hurley's line of "from any time" is very relevant, and not a throwaway line.

How, When, WHere is Sawyer going to sleep now? You can't just piss off 40 people, steal their stash of guns and expect to take a nap right in the middle of them. Especially with Sayid an experienced torturer. Sure, Sawyer says he'd die before he told them where the stash was, but I don't think he's ever had bamboo shoots jammed up underneath his finger and toe nails.

He'll pretty much have to take off and make sure no one follows him.

He could just do shifts with charlie or something. (while sawyer sleeps charlie defends the gun area) But I'm sure he will just run off to wherever the guns are and make sure no one follows.

Charlie wouldn't do it because noone knows he's Sawyer's accomplace. If word gets out that he had his hand in kidknapping Sun, Jin would pull a Locke and smash his face into the Ocean.
