Well I just watched him on LKL.

You know Howard seems like a nice guy. He has a very good philosophy on radio and how to run a radio show. It's just a shame that he focuses too much on the more "wild" side of things.

I think that's one of the things that makes/made him so successful. Here's a guy who's pretty much down to earth and a "regular joe" yet he surrounds himself with oddities and people on the lowest rung of the social ladder.

He does a great job with his interviews but the rest of his show is well...not my cup of tea.

"hoo, hoo Robin." Howard Stern, he invented everything.

O & A have taken the spotlight and are far and away the best option, I'll stick with my XM.

BINGO!! You nailed it right there, pk. Ever since Jackie left the show, it's gone downhill. I hate to say it, but Stern has Martling to thank for his success as much as anyone else, much like Jerry Seinfeld has Larry David to thank for his.
