    I actually hadn't considered any set-top boxes as of yet. All I would be really interested in is OTA signals right now as I don't feel like footing a bill in college for any extra HD programming.

    What were you looking at getting as far as a set-top box?

      I really don't know what they are to tell you the truth... I just heard that if they don't have a built-in HD tuner, you'll need a set-top-box to watch things like ESPN and FSN in HD.

        Atxj, I sent you an email, but there's no luck on the scanner. I haven't used it in about a year and its not working. Sorry I couldn't help. Maybe next week or whenever I get the next batch, as soon as I get them I could just overnight them or something? It would be worth saving the $80
