***OFFICIAL 24: Day 5 Thread - SPOILERS for West Coast***

The waits over. The best show on tv comes back next week with 2 episodes on Sunday and another 2 on Monday.

Couple new characters this season including Sean Astin and Connie Britton (Spin City and Friday Night Lights). This season looks to be another good one. I would expect that some of the unresolved issues from season 4 carry over like the Chinese being pissed at Jack.

It's been so long since there's been a new 24. Something like this can even cure if your team tanks in the playoffs earlier in the day.

    So everyone else getting ready?

I can't wait for this season. There are so many unanswered questions that carried over from last year that should be answered early on this year. Fox is claiming the first few hours are going to be great.

I'll still never forget my power going out in the season finale last year and I missed 1 hour of it. I came on here the minute I got my power back and was flipping out. Of all the times for it to happen....during the season finale of my favorite show! Luckily I got to see it by other means.

I completely forgot about that. That must of been like torture. I remember you trying to come back and understand why Jack and Tony were fighting with each other.

Glad you finally got to see it.

Dammit Karlos....I was gonna start this thread. I made it last year!

Anyway, I CANNOT wait till next Sunday. I'm so curious to find out what they're gonna do and how Jack is going to "come back alive".

              Next week, baby!

Can't wait myself. Did anyone watch the Season 5 Prequel? Its about 10 minutes long and takes place a few hourse before day 5 begins. Its on the 7th disc of the Season 4 DVD boxset. You can probably find it somewhere on the internet as well.

I highly recommend you watch it. It'll get your juices going and it will answer some questions on how season 5 will begin and what Jack has been doing since he 'died'

yeah, that was pretty cool. Wonder if the motorcycle person will be a key part at sometime during season 5?

I really don't know how they're gonna bring Jack back. I'm a little worried though cause I'm flying that day and my flight lands at 8. This means I'll probably miss most of Sunday's 2 hours.

Easily the series I am looking forward to most, to come back. The prequel isn't too bad but the 15th and 16th are going to be like 2 special holidays. Can't wait.

                          Wow.

You don't not know how pumped I am for this. Well, actually you do, but still I'm right there with you guys. 4 hours in two days is going to be nothing short of insane. the prequel was sweet, and the previews look simply amazing. Can't miss the first ten minutes as they are supposed to be the most shocking first ten minutes of a show EVER. That's going to be HUGE hype to live up to.

Look forward to posting/watching this show with you guys.
