They implied she thought Jack was dead in the prequel, but that couldn've just been a front that Kim had to put on to keep attention away.

Yes, I think Kim thinks Jack is dead.

Chloe, Palmer, Tony, Michelle are the only people I can think of that know for certain.

And of course...someone else knows, we just don't know who.

Yeah.....the only people that know he's dead are Chloe, David Palmer, Tony, and Michelle.

Everyone else is under the assumption that Jack is dead.

No. They showed previews this year with Audrey standing next to Jack saying "I never thought I'd get the chance to tell you this".

At the end of last year she was standing in a hallway with bunch of documents and dropped them when she heard Jack was dead. I think she kneeled down and put her head in her hands as well.
