Everyone after that was just a wash to me. Unless I'm missing someone, no one else was all that ruthless. I don't see how you could possibly put Peter Kingsley about Nina Myers.
Although I would put Henderson at 4, he was a bad dude and let his wife get shot in the leg...boo ya.
Also, don't know if anyone has posted about this (this thread is freakin huge) but Chloe's ex husband was the mob boss from Boondock Saints.

Re: ***OFFICIAL 24: Day 5 Thread - SPOILERS for West Coast***
- Page Six of the NY Post said Michelle Dessler and Keifer were seen out around town and looked to be a couple.
- The only confirmed people returning next season are Jack Bauer, Chloe O'Brien, and Morris O'Brien.
- Shooting starts for Season 6 in July
- Shooting for the movie (hasn't been decided if it will be a prequel or not) starts after Season 6 is over
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Positives in Season 5
- President Logan was the breakout star of the season. Gregory Itzin should expect a Emmy nomination.
- I really enjoyed Henderson and how it was revealed he was the one that brought Jack into CTU. He even outsmarted Jack when he was about to get the guy to lift the firewall on his computer but Jack cut in too soon. I loved it when Jack mentioned he was responible for the deaths of David Palmer, Michelle, and Tony and then blasted him in the head.
- Very touching moment at the end when Chloe opened up a card that was from Edgar's desk and it showed the both of them.
- The first 4 hrs were the best 4 hrs to start the season in 24 history. The whole airport storyline had me at the edge of my seat.
- A lot of major characters died which were exciting.
- Rudy pissed me off but he the noble thing at the end.
- After not appearing in Season 4, Kim Bauer showed up for 2 episodes.
Looking Ahead to Season 6
- I expect the show to stay in China. One of the producers in an interview said he feels like LA has runs its course on the show. I'm not sure how all the CTU characters and US Gov't officials will be involved though. Perhaps CTU sets up an underground office there.
- The first few hrs will probably be about rescuing Bauer from a torture/prison camp.
- With all the deaths in Season 5, I expect to see a lot of new major characters. I'm hoping Manning comes back and has a bigger role.
- I don't expect any mention of the Bluetooth Gang. At this point the writers are just better off not mentioning them and just pretend they never existed in the history of 24.
- I'm worried that next season will slip in quality because the writers have twice the workload. They also have to work on the script of the movie. They could end Season 6 in a cliffhanger that continues towards the movie or just make it a prequel. Either in Season 6 or the movie, I want to see Jacks' family involved. His parents or potential siblings have never been mentioned on the show.
- I wonder if Jack's ManPurse will make a return?Comment

Originally posted by Longhorn6If the movie is a prequel, I also want to see a little more in-depth look into that mission he went on, where he was the only one to come back...from Season 1.
That's an interesting idea, but I don't know how they could go more in-depth than the explanations that were given in Season 1...unless they decide to make the movie entirely ABOUT the mission itself.Comment

There are more important prequel things to worry about, though...like his family, Henderson, etc.Comment

Re: ***OFFICIAL 24: Day 5 Thread - SPOILERS for West Coast***
Originally posted by SmokeyI think they will be mentioned. Maybe they were the ones who tipped the chinese off to where Jack was at the end. I could see Jack being rescued in the first few hours and then finding out that the blue tooth gang helped the chinese and maybe they have another terrorist attack planned which Jack will have to stop along with payback.
Previously on 24.... Jack commandeers soda and pretzels from the snack cartComment

Originally posted by joebooNever underestimate Jack Bauer. He'll swim.......and make it back in 3/4 of an episode after killing 10 sharks with his bare hands along the way.
In all seriousness though, he has to start in China with Jack in jail which means the entire season takes place in China or the terrorist attack occurs overseas (Japan maybe).
Either that or a team of Curtis, Chloe, Aaron, Wayne Palmer and Petty Officer Rooney go into China to bust him out. Petty Officer Rooney has to go because the writers will realize they forgot to kill him off after Jack had him lead the assault on the sub.Comment

Re: ***OFFICIAL 24: Day 5 Thread - SPOILERS for West Coast***
Doesnt look like there will be much going on in China at all according to this article:
24 Isn't Ordering Chinese
Despite how Monday's season finale left off, the sixth season of Fox's 24 will not pick up with Jack Bauer riding a slow boat to China as a political prisoner. "I don’t think much of the story will take place in China," executive producer Howard Gordon tells the trade mag TV Week. "It's just an impractical thing given the real-time constraints, because it would take Jack 16 hours — three-quarters of the [season] — to get back to L.A." If Jack's imprisonment isn't the hook for 24's January '07 return, what is? Howard shared no details, noting, "I just started writing the first [episode] this morning" — meaning only two or three main characters have been killed thus far.
