Can someone explain to me how they can do a tribute to Sly & the Family Stone & NOT do "Thank U Falettinme B Myself (Again)"? That's like giving a tribute to Prince & not doing "Purple Rain" or Bruce Springsteen & not singing "Born in the USA". "Thank U" is on the Mt Rushmore of funk w/"Flashlight", "Brickhouse" & "Superstition". Sacreligious I tell ya!!!!!!!!

This was the first awards show I've seen in HD. The live performances were very good.

Somebody should tell Teri Hatcher to stay far far away from HD television.

Wow....until I woke up this morning and checked the news, I had no idea the Grammys were last night.

Pretty funny that American Idol beat them on viewership share though....

It looked like there was gonna be "Wardrobe Malfunction" part II.

Was also the first time I saw Ciara perform. That girl has some kind of caboose and legs. That dress was fighting for dear life to stay on.
