Yeah...Hayden's acting in 2 was bad...but he was awesome in the third.

I would either go 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3 or 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 6 (I like the flashback idea)

I don't think you can go 1-6...the end of 3 was absolutely awesome (actually made me tear a bit). It was a perfect ending to the double-trilogy...seeing the double moons and the imagery brought you back to how it all began. That's how it has to end. The end of Ep. 3 doesn't mean anything if you see it before Ep. 4.

I'd just go with the order the films were released in.

BTW I really think ep. 3 is the best SW movie ever.

Hayden Christenson's acting was so bad in episode 2, its simply hard to watch.

Thank George Lucas for that, he held him back from doing anything. He basically told Hayden he won't be able let loose until Ep. III. Anybody who knows anything about how George Lucas directs knows he controls his actors on screen like puppets. That includes body language, voice tone, and of course the horrendous dialouge Lucas writes himself. Ep. II faults are soley on Lucas, not Christensen, Portman, or anyone else who got a bad rap (including Jake Llyod's Ep. I Anakin). Hayden is a great actor, check out 'Life As A House.'

I thought the 3rd one (the most recent release) was the worst of the lot, including Ep 1.

Hard to look at the original 3 in the same way after the newer prequels destroyed the lot.
