Re: The Hills Have Eyes
I really enjoyed the movie. Not enough to run out and buy it brand new, but I do plan on waiting a few weeks and picking it up used for about 9.99.Comment

Originally posted by WTFYeah, to have such a low budget, I thought the first one was done really well. They should have left it alone.
And everyone, I mean EVERYONE in the theater was restless during the entire movie, that's how bad it was. It wasn't my decision to go see it. As soon as I seen the previews for it, I knew it was giong to be horrible. But we went out with another couple, who wanted to see it.
There were quite a few laugh out loud funny parts in it. Things that are so ridiculous that you can't help but crack jokes about them. One of the "people" that are in the hills, looks exactly like Sloth from the Goonies, so they can't even get their own characters. When they first showed that dude, I was dying laughing, and I just went... "HEY YOU GUYS!!!" like Sloth, lol. It was hilarious.Comment

Re: The Hills Have Eyes
Saw the uncut version on DVD this weekend, and it was awesome! Gory as hell. I was suprised at how much I liked it. My wife almost couldn't make it all the way through.
Wes Craven did a great job at pacing and the gore...I haven't seen a good gory movie in a long time. I recommend the uncut version, unless you're squeamish.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: The Hills Have Eyes
I bought the uncut version this weekend, and started watching it. Then had some company over and had to turn it off. But from what I saw, looked to be a pretty good movie. From what I've saw, i'd say it's worth a rental atleast if you're into horror/gory movies.Comment

Originally posted by ExtremeGamerActually, Craven only produced it, he made the original. Alexandre Aja did this remake (he also did "High Tension" which is an excellent French horror film if you don't mind subtitles).PSN: JISTIC_OS
