BTW, for anyone that missed the first episode, you can watch it online on FOX commercial-free: http://www.fox.com/streaming/index.htm. I didn't even know PB Season 2 was debuted this Monday, heh. So I watched it, ahh, the goodness of 40 minutes straight of television without ads .

And this forum desperately needs spoiler tags for these types of discussion. Heh.

Anyways, back to impressions of season 2. Threw us right back into the fire with that first episode. I sincerely hope that they don't have a hiatus like they did for the first goaround, where they waited 2 months before showing the rest of the escape. It sucked the suspense right out of the show.

Seeing a desperate T-Bag seemed pretty funny to me. And Veronica's death completely threw me off. The whole "guy smarter than Scofield" thing is pretty interesting.

You can bet that they'll be doing this again. They're going to have the second half of the season paired up right along with 24 when it premieres again in January, probably. I think that makes sense. I was surprised that they actually started so early.

I thought that this was a very good episode, but FOX didn't do such a good job promoting the season opener at all since many of us had no clue it was starting so soon. William Fichtner was an awesome addition to the TV show and am happy to see him playing a detective. He was so bad@ss on Invasion.

You can bet that they'll be doing this again. They're going to have the second half of the season paired up right along with 24 when it premieres again in January, probably. I think that makes sense. I was surprised that they actually started so early.

They started it early so the can run the 22 episodes straight before the new season of 24. So there won't be any big mid season breaks like last year.

I thought that this was a very good episode, but FOX didn't do such a good job promoting the season opener at all since many of us had no clue it was starting so soon.

HUH? they had commercials running for it for at least a month, I must have saw them once every other day at least.

That is why they started early. Normally they either wait until its over, now they are starting early to get you hooked on their show before the break. Its a good plan, get peope hooked on your shows before the other networks start theirs.

IMO, the show jumped the shark last night...again

For me, last night was pretty much the end of my enjoyment in it.

I don't know why but I'm not really interested in it anymore. I will still watch it when nothing is on but I guess I found it had more interesting twists, turns and such when they had to break out of a Jail rather than being in public trying to get away from cops.

Maybe because last night's episode was one of the stupidest episodes in TV history?

Well the premiere was better but still had that dull feeling and once they get to Mexico I wonder how the show will not get worse since there won't be a chase.

i thought it was still an okay episode. I think the show is still in transition mode and now finally we are seeing where this season is going. They all sort of split up and now are all trying to go to Utah. I dont think it was one of the stupidest episodes in the history of tv at all. What made you think it jumped the shark?
