Re: Prison Break-Season 2
Ok, so I just finished watching season one on dvd earlier today. I wanted to stay away from season two until the dvds were out, but that's a long time. So, I figured I'll catch today's episode and fill in the blanks.
Some questions, though...
1. Has Sarah been in contact with Michael in season two?
2. How did Abruzzi die?
3. Where is Haywire?
4. Where did they find this detective? And is there anything I should know about his whole drug transaction or was this something new about his character that just came up?
5. One last one...what is the status of the Vice President turned President? Is she still alive and still in office?
You guys can answer if you want. Thanks.Last edited by CMH; 09-18-2006, 10:15 PM."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Here are the answers to your questions YPOk, so I just finished watching season one on dvd earlier today. I wanted to stay away from season two until the dvds were out, but that's a long time. So, I figured I'll catch today's episode and fill in the blanks.
Some questions, though...
1. How did Kellerman get in contact with Sarah? And has Sarah been in contact with Michael in season two?
2. How did Abruzzi die?
3. Where is Haywire?
4. Who is the white guy with the glasses, placing points on a map to find these guys?
5. One last one...what is the status of the Vice President turned President? Is she still alive and still in office?
You guys can answer if you want. Thanks.
***Possible Spoilers if you haven't watched all of season 2 you should probably skip this***
1) Kellerman is posing as a person in Sara's support group, using the alias Lance now.
2) Abruzzi was set up by the FBI and tricked into going to a motel where he was told Fibonacchi was, he gets there the motel room is empty and then the place is surrounded by FBI, he goes outside Mahone tells him to get on his knees, Abruzzi tells him "I kneel only to God and I dont see him here" then points his gun at Mahone and the FBI agents kill him.
3) Haywire hasn't been in any episodes yet but the preview for next weeks episode shows him.
4) I think you're talking about one of Agent Mahones co-workers, not sure though.
5) Shes still alive but she left for another show so currently no president, thats why so far Kellerman has only talked to her on the phone being as they can't show her if shes not there to film the episodes.

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
Thanks for the answers.
I think the guy with the glasses I was asking about is the supercop you guys mention in the earlier posts.
He bought some pills from some kid, yelled at him, pushed money into his chest, and then demanded to find Lincoln. I think that's a good description.
Where did that guy come from?"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Reading the episode recaps on fox.com
Very detailed. First episode is 7 pages of words. Good stuff. I'll catch up in no time.
Thanks guys."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Prison Break-Season 2
I wasn't feeling it. Season One seemed to be written better in that every little thing mattered when they were in prison. Now they travel halfway across the country in 15 minutes of show time.
Now I know its a television show but how does Sucra go from New York to Vegas without getting spotted only to fill up just outside of Vegas and get pegged by a gas station attendent? The rest of the country is out to lunch but every local in the Nevada and Utah area's recognizes the escapees.
I just thought it was funny. Season 1 was much more exciting and interesting.
Of course I'll still watch and enjoy the show though.Comment

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
He's the FBI's lead investigator in the case. He's pretty much the FBI's version of Michael. Very smart, has figured out somethings quickly like the tatoos and Michael throwing out his hard drive. He tricked Abruzzi through an article that was on Michael's hard drive. The reason for the pills haven't been found out yet, although I assume they are for stress. There is a backstory on him that's a mystery that will unfold as the season goes along. I think he's a good character so far. Thanks for the answers.

Show tonight was pretty good. Felt like there was a little too much going on at times. One liners tonight were great especially TBag's comment about how he couldn't tatoo the map on his body...taking a shot at Michael. Next week has the potential to be really good. Can't wait to see what Haywire is up to and looks like there may be a little PI reunion in Utah.MLB: Rays

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
I love this show.
I watched the special features on the season one dvd and apparently the creator, Sheuring (sp?) had five seasons mapped out before the show came into production.
I do find it interesting, however, that while he has mapped out five seasons worth of episodes, he didn't write anything down. When you consider that he wrote 16 episodes of the first season because he had no clue it would be picked up for more, a lot of credit should be in place for how he finished it off.
I read that C-Note was only supposed to be in the first two episodes. But, once the show was picked up for a full season, they decided to include him in the storyline.
Just interesting to know that the details of the break were pre-planned, but how Michael got there was unknown even to the writers of the show."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Prison Break-Season 2
It would be suspensful if somehow Michael were to suffer from temporary amnesia.
That would definitely be an interesting conflict with him trying to figure out what his tatoos mean.
Just a thought."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Re: Prison Break-Season 2
I don't think the main draw for the show is it's realism; face it, nothing in this show can really happen.
The main draw is the suspense that is built up from unbelievable storylines and dilemmas and finding out how the characters will get out of it.
The show is almost like a Dan Brown novel. It's entertaining because it's fast-paced suspense, but when you stop and think about it, it's unrealistic."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

I can't wait to see how they're going to get passed this Subdivision problem.....that's going to be something else. T-Bag's remarks are too funny...I wonder if his hand will eventually start moving again....it looks like it's starting to go black.Comment

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
It is really starting to piss me off how Mahone is always only a few seconds behind michael. I know its a TV show, but come on, it took michael months to figure all this out, it's taken mahone only a few days(hours?).
Edit: To further prove my point that Mahone is super jesus. He is chasing tweener in a car, and can jump out and run after tweener on foot and catch him. WTF is that? Either tweener is slower than my grandmother or mahone is on steroids.Last edited by Double Eights; 09-25-2006, 07:38 PM.Comment

The show isn't in real time. I think it's been weeks at least, and they're leaving a trail.Comment
