Thank god the writers slowed down the pace of the show and let it work itself out. 2nd really good episode in a row. You have to love how it took them 2 episodes to get from Illinois to Utah and they spent the past 2 episodes in the lady's garage.

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
According to the interview with the creator, the show was mapped out for four seasons when he presented it to FOX.

Did some research and Wikipedia brings up this comment:
The success of the show has caused its producers to reevaluate stories for future seasons. Executive producer and writer, Paul T. Scheuring says, "With success comes questions about season three, so now we’re framing the first two seasons as chapter one of the ‘trilogy’."
I just wonder how two seasons can be Chapter One of a trilogy. Perhaps, he wants season three to be chapter two and season four to be chapter three (that would fit in with his mapping out four seasons).Comment

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
Last night's episode def. took a darker turn, one that IMO ensures the series can have a longer and more interesting run overall. As it was Prison Break was a show I liked and watched every week, usually right when it was coming on (as opposed to Tivo'ing it and watching it sometime that week) but with this latest plot development it shows that the writers are willing to go into a much darker place than the series has gone before.
Having the cop from that Invasion of the Body Snatchers tv show come over to this show really gives Scofield not only a foe who seems to be as equally intelligent and analytical as himself, but also as charismatic and complex as Michael himself. Without him this show would be hard pressed to keep people interested for a Season 3 I think. Every hero needs a formidable villain and this show will thrive because of it.Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Could definatley pull off a Bourne Identity type scenario where they are on the run, possibly in other countries, out to figure things out. Could be decent.Comment

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
I still can't see Sucre as a bad guy, the preview for next week shows Michael and Sucre together in the woods and Michael said something to him, do you think maybe Michael set it up and had it planned to where Sucre took all the money and he was going to meet up then split it with Michael or did Sucre really turn bad?
Michael only told Sucre (I think...correct me if I'm wrong) about the website. C-Note just happened to overhear it.
I really think the writers want Sucre to be more important to the plot. Right now, he hasn't been much of a player since they broke out. But, he's Michael's cell mate. He was the most important piece in breaking out of the cell. They've been through a lot and everytime someone tries to convince Sucre that Michael is going to leave him in the dust, Sucre backs up Michael.
There's a twist. Has to be."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Prison Break-Season 2
I don't like how the special agent correctly "guesses" the location of all the fugitives. Yet when Michael and Lincoln happened to "blow up" their car, he believes that it was them...
(A guy mastermindly thinks of a plan to break out of a maximum security prison, but happens to blow himself up by going over a 10 foot bridge???)
It just seems like he knows way too much, which makes the show a little more predictable.
Still a good show, and I enjoyed watching Season 2 on fox.com!Comment

I don't think he was ever fully convinced that Michael and Lincoln had died. He did tell one of his men to continue looking into the case and dig deeper. If he thought they were really dead, he would have just dropped it.
He also doesn't even know where they are right now. He had to get the kid to figure it out and the kid played him. I think it's pretty realistic that he knows what general area they are in - considering the information he has on Scofield - but he doesn't know where exactly."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. Update on www.europeangoldfinch.net
As some of you may have noticed, the dates on the site have been a little wonky. I’m still trying to get this whole website stuff down and so far have been unable to fix this. However, a young woman from down the street came by today and was gracious enough to spend some time with me helping get things back on track. I’ll be making some other additions to the site (with her help!) in the coming weeks. Also, I’ve noticed a lot more traffic on the site and am thrilled that all of you are stopping by! Who knew there were so many EGF fans throughout the world!Last edited by CMH; 10-13-2006, 08:09 PM."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied.
