A lot of those scientology folks have "handlers" or "elders" who basically act for them. Remember the interview Katie Holmes did where the interviewer would ask her a question about Tom Cruise, Katie would look over at her handler person, and the person would say to her, "You adore him." It's like the lights are on, but nobody's home. So maybe one of the scientology elder-controller people issued the statement for him....creepy.

      Wow the sh*t happened?

      I'd love to see that.

Yeah I read about that. It's like those Scientology people are brainwashed. Katie Holmes doesn't even answer half the questions asked of her in interviews. It's so odd...

EDIT - I actually read a bunch of stuff regarding Scientology a while back and it's really strange. Some of the stuff they believe in...wow

            Wow

Thaks for the links. That's pretty weird. She really has gone downhill since joining him. I kind of feel bad for Tom's adopted children being force-fed the way of Scientology. Although I don't think all of it is too out there, their is still a fair amount of questionable teachings in it.

MSNBC is talking about it (mostly about Tom Cruise but also about Issac Hayes) and said he "abruptly left" because the show went too far in making fun of religion.

So Fox has one story about it and MSNBC another.

I saw a commerical for South Park's new episode on Wednesday and it says Chef is back. Maybe it's making fun of this whole situation, which means I called it wrong. Which would be kick ***.

We should declare war on scientology. That's all I can say.

Is it truly a religion if it's created by a science FICTION author? Is is truly a religion if they believe aliens came here millions of years ago and killed the dinosaurs? Seriously, ponder that.

and on top of that the religion was created as a joke by that writer to see if he could win a bet with his other friends. Who could make a religion and actually make it stick.

Every religion is created by someone. I think if most of you were to look at any religion with the same mindset as the one you have with Scientology they'd all end up looking pretty rediculous, granted Scientology will probably come out as looking as one of the most absurd even then. I'm not Scientology supporter or anything, but to those who are I say, "To each his/her own."

I respect there religion...somewhat...but it's one of the most stupid things I have ever come across, it really is sort of like a cult.
