Anybody have a Creative Zen Vision:M?

Just curious if anyone has one of these. If so what do you think of it?

From what I hear, it's a very good player. On par with with the video ipod. I was looking at the M but not at $300. That seems to be the going rate for the M on ebay. I think that's the retail price. I ended up going with the new video for $250.

I know there is someone on OS that has one, do a search.

Yeah, I got it. I love it. The only problem I have with it is the black model scratches easy, but aside from that, it's seriously an amazing product.

I have one too and love it. BOught a light blue one from creative.com for like $300-350 bout 4 day delivery. Works great. Dowloaded like 400 songs in like an hour. Can play mpeg versions of king kong, war of the worlds, and red eye on it, looks fantastic and the screen doesn't look small at all since its so clear and bright. Subscribed to ESPN insider.com and download all of the ESPN radio programs to my creative player, (i.e. the Herd and Dan Patrick Show). The Creative vision has 30GB of space, its almost imposible to fill up.

negtives: some times the player freezes if you scroll too fast, not a lot of accesories for the creative products.

I got a shield from Best Skins Ever.com

It looks great and I don't have to worry about scratches or bulky cases. You can read a thread w/pics here:

Oh and I forgot, its only $5

I just got an 30gb ipod along with an invisible shield and it's great but I still need a case. Need something to protected while working out or in the event it's dropped.

Ok I ordered one up from Buy.com yesterday. Should be here in a few days.

I ended up getting this for the skin...

We'll see how it works. It's nice cuz it's neoprene/silicon, comes with three screen protectors, and a belt clip, arm band, and a stand so I can watch at work.

I can't wait to get it!

this player looks great. how is the clarity in the sunlight when viewed outside, like on a table or out in the park in the summer time?

I have all the seinfelds on avi format and would love to watch them whenever I wanted.

i had a 3inch portable tv to watch sunday football at my sisters soccer games but the clarity always sucked, i ended up not using it

The picture quality is amazing from what I've read. However, in direct sunlight I've heard the Ipod might be a little bit better. But that's about the only category that the ipod has an edge in the video department. Otherwise, bigger screen, way more colors, longer battery time (although not replaceable).

i still recommend that you get an invisible shield type of thing in addition to that skin.

you plan to use the video much? I've only put an Ali G scene on my ipod video just to see how it works. I doubt i'll use the video feature much...lol.
