I am talking about kids that learn how to play an instrument and then sign a record deal. Also I never went partying with Billy as a grownup, but in our teens we party together. But I was the athletes and he was the weirdo with blue hair.

Originally posted by ScottdWell they could have been pretty messed up. So that could be why they sound so bad. But you would think they would want to be in great shape when playing SLN. A lot of people are going to hear you!
However, my experiences also include the atmosphere/crowd. I would imagine a band is affected differently when they've got a crowd that has come just to see them as opposed to a crowd that is kinda meh on the whole thing.
Either way, I'd definitely go see them again if they came around here.Originally posted by CardsFan27This is the 3rd time John Calipari has been to his first Final Four! What I'm Currently Listening ToComment

Originally posted by ExtremeGamerEasily the worst live band I've ever seen. Can't stand their music to begin with because you can't understand anything the lead singer sings, but live, my God, they should have took a clue from Ashlee Simpson and lip sync'ed.
Yeah agree. Most band I like, don't sound to good live. except Creed sound great live and so did Def Leopard at the state fair about 55 years ago. GNR sound great live too. Metellica is always great live, funny thing my brother grew up with them as kids. So we always got to go back stage. I think they play a lot of places with a different name, I can't remember the name I was pretty young, but my brother said they do that so their friend cans come and hear them play.Comment

Re: Did you see Fall out boy!
Thing about FOB that I never understood was that the bassist, his name escapes me at the moment, writes all of their songs. So why is that guy with the sh*tty voice singing?
I mean if you're gonna write the songs yourself but go in another direction with the vocals because you aren't crazy about yourself singing at least get someone who is halfway decent.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. We’re talking about on the biggest stage, in New York, playing out of position and asked to hit fourth for the New York Yankees. I mean, that’s never been done.” - Sheffield on SheffieldComment

Re: Did you see Fall out boy!
Originally posted by CM1847I'm not so sure about that. Bands on the Warper Tour often sound a little better live because they can play with a little harder edge compared to the more polished studio sound they get from producers/record companies trying to make hit songs. It is kind of funny that one that does get famous actually sucks live, while there are a bunch that put on really good live shows but will never have a hit.
yep, I cant figure thatComment

I don't see a reason for the record company to tell them to do it. It's not like he adds anything to them from a talent or visual standpoint.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried.
