At this point I'd just like to get a break from the constant playing of the CD but even when it's off I can't escape it. To say it's catchy is like saying saying King Kong is tall. Has anyone else here had the same experience with this CD?
I have to listen to 10,000 days atleast 3 times a day best song ever.

Yep me too ODogg. I've been a fan for a long time and I can't listen to any of their past releases now. I think its the amazing musicianship that does it for me. Vicarious and Jambi are an amazing one-two combo...

Yeah Jambi is the one that has mostly "infected" me so to speak, but Wings for Marie and 10,000 days are great mood songs so usually I just start at track 1 and let it go all the way through. In fact on Friday night usually I grab a beer, put on 10,000 days on endless loop and play 360 all weekend to it. I've probably listened to this CD 100 times by now at least.

I just listened to Emotive for the first time, I love a perfect circle but life got busy and that album flew under the radar. And I must say what a pile of crap.

This tool CD seems to me like the good aspects of tool combined with the melodies of APC. Because the last tool album Lateralus I thought sucked.

I don't know that it sucked but then I didn't listen to it alot either. I've probably already listened to 10,000 days more than I ever did Lateralus.

10,000 days is the most complete album to date. Every song has is above average.

Personally, Aenima is still my favorite. That CD is loaded with atmosphere (which I love in a good album), and the Grudge is my favorite song. The Grudge's lyrics are just amazing to me.

Just got this cd the other day. 10,000 Days (Wings Part 2) is a great song, can't stop listening to it. Tool, imo, is the best modern day band we have.
