I think that in an attempt to make your point, you are making the opposite. The reason that a 14 year old boy ISN'T psychologically ready is because he is a walking hormone. 14 year olds want to stick it where ever it is warm and wet... animal, vegetable or mineral... thus, they are in no position to make an informed an intelligent decision about it.

While I agree it is far less likely for a boy to be "traumatized" by a Mrs. Robinson moment... it doesn't make it right.

I never said a 14 year old boy was ready for sexual activity, but that they are less likely to be traumatized. I don't think a child at that age should be engaging in such activities regardless of gender, but if it happens to a boy versus a girl, he is more likely to brag about it than cry.

Rape doesn't only mean to force someone to have sex.

It also means abusive and improper treatment. An underage child, by law, is perceived to be unable to properly understand the act of sex and as a result they are being abused and/or improperly treated.

I'm not saying I agree or disagree. But, it's the law.

I really dont understand why you guys would think this thread would get locked. First of all, its non-nudity. It does have sexual content, but it has appeared on the news.
