I don't watch the show regularly because of Stiller. He is just a character that annoys me. I usually fastforward during the parts of the episodes he is in if it isn't part of Doug or Carrie's plot. I just don't like loud, big humor which he is.

yeah, i'm not as big on that character either, but then again I didn't like Ray's parents in "Everybody Loves Raymond"...I personally get along great with my parents, and enjoy talking/spending time with them, so I don't really appreciate that "wacky parents" type humor I suppose. Not saying it's bad, just not my cup of tea. I do enjoy the show though, just more the Doug/Carrie parts or other characters.
