yea man, im starting to think about giving it a rest playing online... ive seen this happen on so many occasions... ive seen quads in the same night within a 4 hour span 5 times.

i beat a dude with trip K's and he had Aces up because i caught aK on the river... i know bad beats are part of the game but... geezus

I feel for ya. Catching runner runners when they go in with something decent doesn't make me nearly as mad as someone catching runner runner when they went in with crap. that's why I don't play pokerstars anymore. That stuff happened to me 10 times a night.

when i take bad beats i just try and look at it from the viewpoint that you wanted them to call because most of the time you are going to take their money. luck doesn't win, i've learned that from experience.

That same situation could arise in a real game too. It sucks that you lost the hand, but a guy that plays hands that badly loses more hands than he wins. So if you can catch him in a game another time use that knowledge and bust him. Every poker player in the world has bad beat stories, just add this one to the list.

Plus, in playing for money online, you're asking for stuff like this to happen. I don't know. I just don't trust it enough to put up real money. I only do that against "live" people. These kind of beats happen too frequently online for my tastes.

That wasnt really the point... the point is that dude was angry at a bad beat he just took in the previous hand, and he was basically going all in with anything... like i said if he had like suited connectors or something of that nature i wouldnt have been nearly as angry last night.. but the fact that he was prepared to go in with anything and actually hit his diamonds on runner runner cards is what makes it frustrating... no need to be a pee pee head about it
