Co-sign. I'm a big Futurama fan and the DVD was a big letdown for all of the reasons you stated. Hopefully, the next will be better (and feature more of the "Zapper").

Bender's Big Score just felt like an introduction to a better movie. Beast With A Billion Backs sounds like it'll be a lot better but I still like the first one.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

I don't think Bender's Big Score was as good as a lot of the original episodes, but it certainly wasn't bad, it was middle of the pack to me compared to the rest of what they've done.

I have one itching question that I coudln't figure out about the plot.....

        Spoiler

I think they tried a little too hard to stuff every character into the first movie. I thought it was generally funny and a bit touching, but I definitely hope the next 3 improve upon the first one.

Movie #2 comes out in June, it was original scheduled to be released last week, pretty big bump.
