It was a great, great movie. The only parts that weren't top notch were about the 15 minutes before the last 10 minutes (if that makes sense).

Of the other recent big Will Ferrell movies, Anchorman is by far the best, but this is probably second above Wedding Crashers and Old School.

Did you guys see the Larry King special? IT was hilarious!! As the header it stated:

There was another guy on there, but I forgot his name. Anyways the special was funny as hell. Ill try to find the clip on youtube or something.

not his best... but I still enjoyed the movie... Ferrell does better with a supporting cast... when he tries to carry all the humor, the movie drags a bit...

I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars.

that's lower than i thought you'd say...i think will ferrel is hilarious but like in anchorman i didn't think it was that funny at all, how would you compare the two movies?

I'd say a little of Ferrell goes a long way...

I definately prefer Anchorman to Talladega Nights... One reason is I can't stand the bad guy character in this movie, two a lot of Ferrel's jokes just fall flat in this one.

While I was somewhat dissapointed by the movie, it was a good comedy... it just wasn't up to the level I was hoping Ferrell and crew would produce... On second thought I'd probably give it 2 1/2 stars but 3 stars in my mind is average... which is exactly what I thought this comedy was.
