That's what I thought they should do at first.

I think CTU wanted to recover the drone and the nuke though.

This VP sounds like he should be narrating one of the cop shows.

You'd be able to recover the drone and the nuke nearly just as easily in a known location in the ocean.

I loved the episode, however;

They should have let the bomb go off. The show needs more confrontation. I mean, they can't avert EVERY disaster. Let the bomb go off, and spend lots of time on retaliation/backlash/civilian panic. It would have been great if Jack controlled the drone but it accidently spun out of control and into the perimeter.

Sandra Palmer. Back. Great.

No way Nadia is in on it, although I guess it doesn't really take a genius to figure it out. It could be Milo, as suggested. Who knows? All I know is, she was sweating profusely, which is a far cry from how hot she looked before.

No Logan storyline followup?

Anyone love how when they talk about other countries being involved with the terrorism, they NEVER say the other country? I remember in Season 2, when they were talking about "Second Wave", they never mentioned the three countries that support that group by name. Same thing they did tonight. "Northern Border", haha.

I was pissed at the commercial before the show, but I had no idea that Audrey would be dead. This is great. Not that she died, but Jack's little speech to Buchanan about how he's going to go after everyone and finish this. It's going to be awesome.

- Well I started the Audrey countdown clock last week and she sort of appeared this week. I'm 99.9% sure she's not really dead. Kim Raver wouldn't work out a contract to appear on The Nine and 24 just so her character would die off screen. When Cheng mentioned the US government paid a heavy price to get Bauer back, I bet you the US government gave China Audrey. They probably faked her death so Bauer wouldn't go back to China looking for her.

We still have 10 hours left this season and I believe there are still 2 nukes left out there. I don't see the final 10hrs being just about CTU recovering the 2 nukes left. The 2nd big problem should appear soon.

- You can tell the 24 writers are really running out of ideas because we have a CTU mole storyline again. It's obvious it isn't Nadia. I say it's Milo. CTU gets penetrated more often than Paris Hilton's va-jean. You would think they a better screening process by now.

- What the hell happened to the Logan's? Hopefully they come back next episode. It would be terrible to just drop that storyline without a conclusion.

I don't know what else there is to tell on that one. He's hospitalized with a stab wound to a major artery, she's still fecking crazy.

This is definitely the last 24 season I watch unless they make some changes. They're just re-using the same plot twists and same characters. I think any 24 fan could have told you that they would accuse Nadia of being a mole at some point this season after the first episode.

The whole Morris drinking thing is just lame. Enough already. Also, everybody sitting by and watching as the VP orders a nuke dropped on a foreign country just for the heck of it. I loved Powers Boothe in Deadwood but he just doesn't fit into 24.

Maybe they'll revisit the Logan/Martha/Aaron crap later this season, but at this point was there any value whatsoever of bringing them back? That was just a two episode tangent that was ridiculously predictable and lame.

The only saving grace for 24 would be if next season Jack spends the entire 24 hours exacting revenge on whoever killed (kidnapped?) Audrey. They need a change of pace badly.

I'm thinking that might be what next season or perhaps even the movie could be about. He'll probably go on some rampage in China and kill whoever was involved in it.

The mole inside of ctu plot is so played out on this show. I cant believe there using this again.
