This is the United States Gross of all previous Rocky movies:

Rocky (1976) $117 million
Rocky II (1979) $85 million
Rocky III (1982) $125 million
Rocky IV (1985) $128
Rocky V (1990) $41 million

Considering that 1972's Godfather was the first $100 million grosser ($135 mil), the first Rocky was a true mega hit.

I'm also engouraged by the trailer, and am looking forward to this one.

The budget for Rocky Balboa is $25 million. Worse case scenario it should make $40 million...

At first I thought it was Fight Night 4 but then I realised Ronald McDonald wasn't in the ring and there wasn't a whore in site.
Must be 2K boxing.

Fight Night jokes never get old. Probably the easiest sports game on the planet to make fun of....

Love the "probably the 70's.." line, the music still gives me goosebumps. I swear I heard that music and I wanted to go pick a fight and start some $!*% with my neighbor. Paulie is a keeper, hes kinda like that one guy in your family that noone talks about, or sees only at family funerals..."look! theres uncle Paulie!"

Rocky IV is my least favorite of the series (the one with Drago and Apollo's last stand), but whenever it's being reran, sure enough, I'll watch it.
