I've only heard 5 tracks but so far so good. Good to hear Dre rapping again.

I like Hollywood Divorce and The Mighty O. And Morris Brown and Idlewild Blue are pretty good too.

I've had this album for about a week now and I don't like it.

There's no middle ground for Outkast. I find that people either like their albums or they don't.

IMO they've gone downhill since Speakerboxxx/The Love Below.

This is coming from somebody that has ATLiens as one of the 50 greatest hip hop albums ever.

Well seeing as how it's you I can assume that that means the album is incredible.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

play nice children. Besides, if it's only in your top 50 and not, say, your top 20 or 10, then I'm thinking you probably don't have a good grasp on hip hop.

                        1) I haven't found this to be true. OutKast is probably one of the least polarizing bands in music, even less so in hip-hop. There are so many more artists/bands out there that have absolutely no middle ground and rarely do people feel completely indifferent towards (ie: MF DOOM).

                        2) I would say Stankonia considering that is probably their last album they actually did together, at the same time.

To me, their best album was Southernplayalisticcadillacmusic, followed by Atliens, with each album they release being worse than the last. Speakerboxxx / Love Below was one of the worst albums I've ever heard. I'm not surprised that they've become more and more popular, however.

Saying someone doesn't have a good grasp on hip hop because they don't have ATLiens in their top 10 is pretty ignorant.
