No... I can honestly say that I've never watched soap operas.

Last time I was into into soaps was General Hospital when Scorpio went after Faison who kidnapped Anna and went to South American I think and were supposedly killed on a boat by Faison maybe I think. Something like that.

While I suppose 'Desperate Housewives' is like a soap opera, I've never watched the daytime crap...though I did see parts of one where there was a devil possessed blonde woman getting an exorcism when I had my wisdom teeth out.

When I was younger (like 6-11 or so) I would watch All My Children with my grandmother. It's crazy to see it on now, and remember stuff from way back then, or see characters that are still there. God I feel old now.

I'll watch telenovelas (Spanish language soap operas) with my wife. Heck, I'll watch' em by myself.... You cats that think the women are hot on American soaps have no earthly idea what you're missing...

Can't say I've ever watched any of those mid-day soaps. Some of these primetime dramas I watch though, they can't be much different.

Funny.. thats when I started watching it. I would tape the shows for my wife
and suddenly found my self getting interested in it more and more. I still watch it today, though not as much lately. "Thats a fact".

LOL..I caught that one (that's a fact), and that's pretty funny. My wife DVRs them every day and I find myself laying in bed with her and watching them sometimes.

I wish I could tell you that I had a girlfriend that got me into Passions (as outlandish a soap as there is), but it was all on my own accord. Purely by chance, I caught an episode during the summer between high school and college and was partly attracted to it because it was set in Massachusetts, the state in which my college was located. Also, as people have stated, there are more than a handful of attractive women. Since graduating college and procuring a full-time job, I catch an episode about once a month. However, the slow pace at which these shows move one can usually make up on lost time pretty quickly. This is certainly one guilty pleasure that I hold close to myself. This may be the first time I have ever admitted my sometime afternoon viewing habit, albeit in a pretty anonymous fashion. I don't think I am in any hurry to tell any friends.
