This starts tonight at 10pm est on HBO. Anybody going to be watching? I've never seen this show before, but I picked up Season 1 last week and plan on getting caught up slowly but surely as I've heard nothing but good things about the show. According to the review in the paper today, Season 4 is taking on a new story line this year, following 4 Baltimore teens instead of any type of cops, so now is a perfect time to dive in if you haven't before.

I heard someone say Stephen King (I'm pretty sure it was him) said something about this being one of the greatest seasons in American television history. Plus a boatload of other accolades from various other sources.
I'm going to pick up seasons 1, 2 and 3. And hope that their aren't too many loopholes when I start watching this series tonight.

I listen to a lot of hip hop, so it's not like I'm stepping in to this show like Mr. Rogers.
But damn if this show isn't making me feel like the white-est douche bag alive at times with some of this dialogue.

Pretty good first episode. Those kids do a much better job of acting than you'd expect.
Luckily I've seen bits and pieces of this series here and there so I have a broad idea of what's transpired over the course of the past 3 seasons.

yeah, for some reason, HBO decided to put the episodes first on demand before they come out on sunday nights. so, as episode 1 was just shown on sunday, episode 2 was put on demand on monday. It will be like this all season. episode 2
