Easily the funniest line all night. That was a Season 2 joke.

This season wasn't as funny as Season 2. They need more "oh ****" jokes that were over the top. I think it has to do with Pam and Jim not having the same chemistry as they did Season 2.

Actually, he's no longer on Numbers. They created a storyline early this season where he got to go on the space shuttle. So he hasn't been on Numbers for much of this season.

If she took the new york job, there would be no reason to keep her as a series regular. Also, they wouldnt have let her shoot the pilot if they planned to keep her as a regular.

I think it would be great for Michael to take the job in NY. I love the uncomfortable moments that Michael has with new people like Phyllis's wedding. There always like who the **** is this guy? Where as everyone is already used to him at the office.

Can you imagine Michael talking to the ceo of the company? Or making more Michael Scott Joints?

I think Andy being in charge would probably lead into some great comedic interaction with the entire Office. He's got that odd quirkiness about him (a la Michael) and they kind of toned his character down a bit since returning from anger management training. It was almost like they planned on writing him out of the show and then saw how popular he was and decided to keep him on. It would allow for Dwight and Jim to still interact at the peer-to-peer level and have everyone laugh and mock the office boss without having to kill any kind of character development with the original characters.

I don't think you understand the point I'm trying to make.

I'm saying if Rashida Jones pilot gets picked up, it's extremely unlikely she would be a series regular on both shows. By series regular I mean show up each episode on both shows. If the pilot gets picked up. she could still appear in The Office in maybe 2 or 3 episodes but she won't be a series regular anymore.

I understand what you're saying. I'm just saying it would be unlikely she would be a series regular on both shows.

I imagine shooting 2 different endings allows her character to either remain in The Office world or exit the show for good.

Even the great Richard Deacon could do only part time work on Leave It To Beaver and The D!ck Van D@ke Show.

I thought the second half of this episode (pretty much starting with the "fat suit battles") was a lot better than the first. Not a top episode IMO, but still entertaining.

30 half hours including 5 hour long episodes. It's also moving back a half hour to 9PM.
