I love how they have Sylar's character.... "I want to see how that works..." FANTASTIC!

And I called the Shapeshifter being this guy's wife a MILE AWAY! The only question I have is: where is the real wife?
Isn't the projectile stopping just his telekenisis (like how he can fling things around)? He didn't stop time, just the the bullet in place. He read Mohinder's mind and stopped the bullet, at least that what it looked like to me.

hmm well she's young, blond and pretty...i mean what trucker cant resist she knows she cant get injured so my guess is that she hitched all the way to NY

to bad about Claires dad...now that he's been caught guess thats the end of him OR the company will use him to get Claire back....

since the nuclear guy is in custody by the company...do you guys think the nuke came from Nathan himself when he steps into office?

as for Peter getting out of that...i wouldnt worry since he's right next to a guy with at least over 5 (not sure) powers...he can just tap in and get out...its a great set up, if Sylar ever absorbs enough this would make him ridiculously strong, Peter would be the only one who would be able to go against him once he figures out how to fully control his abilities classic!

I don't think he read Mohinder's mind, or else he would have known that Mohiner knew who he was and the tea he was drinking was going to knock him out. He probably controlled the bullet even when it was in the gun, let the gun fire, and then stopped it short.

The Shapeshifter girl is a nice add... however, I've always felt like having a Shapeshifter in comics/shows was almost like a "money play". It's hard to beat a shapeshifter.

New Theory: Ando definately works for "The Company". Since we know Hiro's Dad is involved with them, my guess is that Ando is almost like Hiro's babysitter. I think he has powers too. I still think he stopped the bullet a few episodes backs.

7 ****ING WEEKS!?!!???!?!? 7 Weeks till a new episode!! That's wrong! This new TV scheduling is flawed. Big time.

Candice is more of an illusionist than a shapeshifter, she didn't just assume Simone's form when the NYPD was there, she also made the bed appear to be empty, preventing them from seeing the real Simone's dead body. This makes her much more dangerous then "just" being a changeling.

On another board folks have said that Claire's passport said that she was from Canada, but that they were traveling to France, and because of that they were already in New York, because there are no flights from Texas to France.

By the way, if CSI and Law and Order can sustain 3 different versions, I don't know why Heroes can't as well. There are just too many storylines and potential storylines to fit into a normal 22, 23 episode season.

They can copy all the classic comic arcs.

They can have a "Heroes: Year 1" that takes place in the past, centered around HRG and Claude's early days at "Primatec Paper", the early machinations of Linderman, Papa Nakmura, and Mama Petrelli and a future Heroes with maybe a "Days of Future Past" dystopian motif where the heroes are being hunted to extinction.

I'm also feeling a whole season done "Age of Apocalypse" style, where everyone's role is totally different then what it is now.

I really hope that doesn't happen. I don't want this show to be bilked and consequently get stale. Law and Order and CSI are a different breed altogether. They're not character or story-oriented as much, so they can be bilked endlessly, as there's a market for all types of people to be interested in the various angles the franchise presents the show in. Heroes doesn't have nearly that degree of flexibility.

In any case, I have to say, Heroes is the best show of the season for me so far. And two of my favorite characters are in peril right now, which sucks, but I hope they both pull out of it alive. Mohinder luckily isn't dead yet, and I think Peter will be able to save them both.

And I'm glad that Mohinder isn't as dumb as he acted the past few eps. That was cool seeing him catch on to Sylar and get the drop on him. Should have killed Sylar when he had the chance though.

And I think it's clear it's Sylar's telekinesis that stopped the bullet. He doesn't have the ability to stop time, but Peter does, and I suspect he may use that to free himself and Mohinder.

I can't believe this show will be on hiatus for approximately 6 weeks though it'll be enough time for people to catch up on what they missed. A few of my friends and my brother can't keep up with the show, and this hiatus would give them the opportunity to catch up. It just sucks for those of us who do keep up with the show as there's the extended break before the final few episodes of the season.

              Sylar reading minds?

Where did that come from? Only Matt and Peter can read minds.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Sylar can't read minds, nor has he shown that he can as far as I remember.

He may have great reflexes, but that's a different story altogether.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever wondered about what the hero characters will look like further along the storyline? I know Hiro has a more mature/samaraii look, but I wonder if some of these major characters will have costumes.

I guess heroe's are going to try to end the season in may sweeps. Someone was telling me today that shows that end around may have a better chance in winning awards like golden globes or something. I'm not sure anyone know more about that?

I heard George Takei was also on Howard Stern saying he is practicing for his samarai sword battle in the future. OOOo i can't wait for that.
