Credit Cards... EVIL. We have one, pay it off monthly. Egad, I would hate to have balance on that thing. It's a nice card though, earns us a free cruise every few years

A little loose? I would have a heart attack!

We don't carry a balance either. Other than a mortgage or car payment, having debt makes me ill.

Ouch! This is why women shouldn't have credit cards. LOL

And if they're together... forget about it. Plastic spree.

This was doomed from the start. At least they're learning from their error and working with the REAL mobile phone companies to use ESPN mobile as an add-on.

Even a car payment makes me nauseous!

Well just got the text message from ESPN telling me to check out there page.

                It's official:

Visit ESPN for live scores, highlights and sports news. Stream exclusive games on ESPN and play fantasy sports.

I don't think it was a bad idea at all, it was just too darned expensive, like WAYYYY expensive. If you want to have a shot at competing you can't price yourself out of the market.

It's interesting to me as to why they thought this would work. It's information overload. I think it was a terrible decision on their part, and I also think what they are doing with EA and their sports titles is going to give the same results.

There's just not a demand for this type of thing.

There is, just not big enough. And if never will be. I think it would have worked if they teamed with other companies and not just Sprint. Sprint plans aren't that cheap to begin with.

Look on the bright side...no more shamless Wireless ESPN plugs all over ESPN television, print, and online.
