By the way, for what I want in a show, last nights episode is as good TV gets, in Sci Fi or any genre.
That's just it, when they do have space battles they're too short. I never said I wanted the combat scenes to be the MAIN course. IF I did, I would'nt have watched every single episode of this show. I'm simply stating that when they DO have combat I'd like more. Simple as that.

And I agree AA, when the Galactica dropped into the atmosphere like that, we (my wife and I) were like COOL! That was awesome.

I wasn't implying that you were one of those folks, sorry if it came off that way, but you're right about the Galactica atmosphere drop, anyone who didn't say "WOW!!!" when they saw that should be checked for a pulse.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Yeah that was pretty sweet. I actually thought the air battle in the skies of New Caprica was pretty cool too. Not very long, but a lot was going on when they showed it. Jistic, one of these days they'll have a big space battle. At least I hope so. I don't know if they have enough Vipers and Raptors to pull one off though, do they?

There was probably way too much going on in that battle to focus on a lot of space fighting. Now that they're off the planet, there should be plenty of opportunities for hot Viper on Raider action.

Ooooh boy. Great episode tonight. Next week looks like it will set the storyline for the rest of the season. Won't spoil anything for those that haven't seen tonight's episode yet or the preview.

I love the grittiness this season. Even darker than before. I still think Starbuck and APollo will end up together sometime down the road (after he's dropped 30 on the treadmill)

I thought about that, but it somewhat makes sense that they would want to live where they were likely created. We don't know that though, do we? I don't know the old BG story at all so I have no idea if they were created on earth or at some colony. And, if they hate humans, why not take over their homeworld?

Balter should've said,"If I go to this base ship, I don't wanna here anymore talk about you killing me!"

SO far this season is the best out of the three. There is no other TV show that delivers on a weekly basis like BG. I just can't wait for next week, which is how I feel every week.

Couldn't agree more. I was a little suprised that Baltar said he saw nothing worthwhile after coming back from the base ship. Then Six sees the canister in the photos he took. Now she's going to have to decide whether or not to tell the other cylons since Baltar lied to them. Baltar's humanity returned. I love this show.

One thing I thought of when Six was explaining about projecting was the episode from last season when she was seeing Baltar on Caprica, like he sees her. How did that work? He can't be a cylon because he didn't get sick after going to that base ship so how was she seeing him like that. Also, I wonder who the original 5 cylons are. Is the one controlling the base ship Baltar is on one of them?

You'd have to think that Baltar didn't get sick because of his suit. The virus wasn't just inside the base ship because the raiders in space were infected. Sharon also had here suit which was why she wasn't affected when they jumped to the location.

                                Just my thoughts.
