It doesn't have to be Amanda... it could be two victims (like the Adam/Dr. Gordon relationship at the end nearly seemed like they fell for one another haha). It was rather touching to say the least. Saw II never had anything near that.

I know it was semi-acting, but Amanda and the son certainly seemed to be "friendly." Not in the love-story sense, but sort of the big-sibling sense.

I'm not sure what the clip is, but if they're showing a clip of a trap, they probably made extreme edits for it to be viewable via a website such as RT.

Ahh, so that's who Troy is. I got to talk with him on a message board. Anyway, what I mean is that you may or may not know if there are edits to it. The director of the movie has gone on the same message board, and said that this movie will make Saw and Saw II look like Disney films. If that's the case (though exaggerated), I doubt that, if it looks at all clean, that it's every shot you'll actually see when the movie comes out.

I don't want to see it, though. I'll be ready on October 27th.

                    Re: Saw III

It's strange... I'm thinking about this movie about every second. I'm thinking about possible twists, traps, opening scene... everything! I'm seeing this movie Thursday night at 11:59 PM. Since I'll probably be the first on here to see it, I'll report immediately when I return on how it is. And don't worry, I won't spoil a thing. I know how terrible a spoiler feels, and I want everybody to be surprised at any given point, not just the ending.

                        Re: Saw III

I don't have a link for backup, but director Darren Lynn Bousman went to the first screening in Japan, and the audience loved it on so many occasions. Saw III has been described by some as "violent and emotional", which is a strange mix... I'll take it, though!

I guess there were also some scenes where people had to cover their ears and look at the ground, according to DLB.

Depends on what you're looking for, or what you're talking about. I'm going to say that Saw was a better movie, but Saw II has better replay value for me (I enjoy watching it more). Don't want to spoil anything at all, though.

Saw definitely develops the characters better, and has an ending that will never be topped by any other ending out there.

Saw II definitely focuses on attracting a crowd to a gorefest, and has some great connections with Saw.

It's disturbing to see that NO ONE HAS EVEN ONE REVIEW OF THIS MOVIE up yet..and it opens in 3 days.

That's not normally a good thing.

Personally, I think the story developement and concept in these movies is a complete joke. If you saw Se7en, you've seen Saw 1.

That is why I think Saw 2 is a better movie. It knows what it is and just delivers blood, gore, and traps. But if you want to watch Se7en 2, than Saw 1 is alright
