I saw this movie when it came out, very good movie, very well written and well acted. Also quite emotional.

Saw it a month or two ago...didn't realize how old it was. Overall I really liked it. Gave me some insight on something I didn't much about.

This thread is something else. Will keep my comments to myself about the matter but I will say this movie is quite powerful. Really puts you into the flow of what it is like. I thought the acting was pretty great by all involved. The movie was touching in a different way than Hotel Rwanda but it got a powerful message across. I'm glad I finally had time to sit down and watch it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something deeper out of their movie experience.

Just a heads up, the 2-disc DVD surprisingly had a $3.99 price tag at my local Fry's, so I picked it up.

Very good movie. And I must say, I have a South African friend, and DiCaprio nailed his accent perfectly, including all of the verbal mannerisms. I thought this was a better performance for him than in The Departed.
