Best hangover cure is a Bloody Mary. Hair of the dog, my friends.

"HAIR OF THE DOG"- Meaning You will have to drink a beer in the morning or some kind of alcohol to kill the hangover.

          Water before bed.

          V8,Tecate and a little pepper.

            various methods I've used:

-chug water. lots, and constantly throughout the day.

-gatorade. for the days when food won't be making it down the stomach until around 8 p.m. helps put something in your body.

-um, yeah, the activity that dieselboy refers to.

-the sweat it out theory works sometimes, but mostly it just made me feel worse.

-beer/bloody mary/alcohol in the morning. done this a few times and surprisingly it works really well. but theres also the times when you take one sip, or even sniff and, and you wanna throw up. plus, this method is generally for raging alcoholics. you can't do this if you gotta be at work in an hour.

-greasy food. pizza, burgers, nachos all work. perhaps it actually does something physiologically or maybe it's all mental, but it seems to help.

-shower. doesn't make it any better, but it does feel nice. plus if you've been at bar all night and reek of alcohol, beer and cigs, getting clean helps.

basically what I do now for my hangovers is this: I slam some water. like 3 giants glasses of ice cold water. I then have a coke or dr. pepper to see how anything non-water goes down. if it's aight, then I try to put something in my stomach like a hot dog or hot pocket...generally about the only things in my fridge/freezer. then I try to do something whether it's play video games, browse the internet, watch tv/dvd, just anything to get my mind off of how bad I feel. If I'm laughing at family guy, I'm not thinking about how bad my head hurts or if I want to throw up or not. And hours after this, if I still feel bad, then I just start the cycle over again. I never pop pain pills with alcohol in my system cause it f*cks up the liver. I've seen people have to have surgery from too many pills with alcohol, so it's a very real thing.

A refreshing Miller Lite in the AM works for me.

Sad part is lately, I've been waking up fine and then getting hungover at like 2-3PM which I assume means I have alcohol in my bloodstream until that time from the night before..

This may seem odd, but I would go swimming in the morning after drinking and that would help the hang over.
