You listened to any of Anberlin's older stuff from the "Blueprints For The Black Market" album? IMO, that CD is better than the "Never Take Friendship Personal" CD. They're both good, but check out the first one if you haven't already.

I must be really out of the music loop, because I've maybe heard of 3 of the groups listed so far. LOL

My friend has both CDs and I've heard a few songs from each CD in the car, but I'll check out "Blueprints" more, though

it really seems that the GNR album will finally show up this year. I hope so, and I hope it's good. I haven't bought the last few Metallica albums, hopefully their new one will be something special.

I'd say The Academy Is..., and the Receiving End of Sirens, of the ones listed.

I never really know what CDs are coming out, to be honest.

Talib and Madlib's new cd- Liberation- is great. It was free off their website the first week of the year, and if it's a prelude to Eardrum, I'm pretty pumped about that one. Other than that, The Shins, Radiohead, Modest Mouse, Sufjan, Kanye, Common, and Dangerdoom

Hey, is the new Sufjan release going to be part of his "States" series?

                            If so which state?

                            Thanks.

Also, I'd assume a new Coheed and Cambria CD should be out sometime, since the last time one was released was back in '05.

Well, according to someone at the Breaking Benjamin message board, they have one coming out this year

To add to my list: Linkin Park, Hurt, Absolution Project, and Disturbed.
