I used to eat Total on such a regular schedule, my taste buds numbed to its nutrituous content and revealed it as the slightly-metallic flavored, bran flakey cereal that it really is. :/

..eh, so I started eating Honey Bunches of Oats.

But to answer the question, Total with soy milk (I personally hate skim) will have you sitting pretty on the calroic, vitamin, and hopefully, taste fronts.

My doctor said to eat regular Cheerios. Oh and he said if I added fruit that was cool so long as it was not sweetened with sugar. I prefer to use unsweetened, frozen blueberries. I plop them in and it makes the milk nice and cold, and blue, lol. So take that for what it's worth.

I eat Smart Start, hopefully will avoid having heart problems like the rest of my dad's family. It taste great too.

I would say Total. I like Total Raisin Bran, as it least the raisins give the cardboard-like Total flakes some flavor accompaniment.

My favorite breakfast cereal is plain Cheerios with some brown sugar sprinkled on top. That's good eats in the morning.

I'm a fan of Honey Nut Cheerios. They will definitely clean you out...if you know what I mean!
