I love the first three songs... I can't get past them to listen to the rest of the album. And, I had no idea that "Not Ready To Make Nice" was political until I saw the video to it.

        Hey, it's finally on!

I wonder why the radio here said "8:00 Eastern, 5:00 Pacific."

What a huge group of nominees.

Incredible that the Dixie Chicks walked away with it.

At least Mayer appeared on the album.

Leave the country music to the CMAs.

Yeah, okay, because Nashville would have recognized Loretta Lynn in 2004.

I like the part in the song where a fan tell her to shut up and sing. Something like that! It is a good song, but she needs to stick to singing.

I don't even know who that is, nor care about Nashville. Dixie Chicks didn't deserve the 3 major awards. It's not like their album has swept the nation or been so critically acclaimed.

How the hell can you not know who Loretta Lynn is? And its the Grammys for crying out loud, the awards don't mean ****.

I found it to be a boring show. The performances sucked, there might have been 1 or 2 that were decent. I liked Timberlake's and the Chili Peppers performance, other than that, the whole night was eh.

Yeah, it wasn't as exciting as some of the years past. The Police were good and I thought Gnarls Barkley was great, but other than that, I thought the rest of the performances weren't exciting - too many slow songs, but I stopped watching after "Crazy."

Actually, it was quite critically acclaimed. And the reason it hasn't swept the nation is because it has received almost zero radio play. Country stations still absolutely refuse to play anything they have put out, and only a handful of Top 40 stations around the country took a chance on "Not Ready To Make Nice" -- most of which pulled it within a matter of weeks because of the people and advertisers who threatened to boycott. I think was a great way for them to get the credit they deserve and to shut all the effin hillbillies up.

And I actually thought this was one of the better Grammy shows this decade. Definitely the first time in a number of years I've been able to sit through the whole thing.

I didn't watch after I read through the list of people who won earlier, and My Humps beat out Death Cab for Cutie, The Fray, and Keane. Actually, I watched The Police, then shut it off.
