    Thanks in advance!
You can get RoadRunner from TimeWarner without being a cable TV customer. At least you can here in Syracuse.

    Take care,

Here is another question. Why do I see several houses in my area with two DISH network dishes? These are single family homes so why would they need two?

      Thanks again for the replies.

I have DirecTV and I have two oval dishes on my roof with dual IMB's on each, here is the reason you see this...........

Multiple Tuners throughout the house with dual lines into each DVR.

I have 3 Tivos in my house, and each one has two sat line feeds. So I can record one show while watching another at the same time.

So I need 6 line feeds coming in off of my dishes, one dish with two IMB's is not enough, hence the multiple dishes.

Most likely you see the Dish 500 with another one looking at 61.5. Most people didn't need that second dish unless they wanted HDTV, Foreign Networks or some locals. Now they have the option of just using the Dish 1000 which looks at 3 birds.
