I have it. Great service and no big issues. I don't remember the last time my phone service went out Candyman. Comcast service is great in my area.

So much for that... service went out today. Internet works though.

As a current employee, just tell them you heard about the "Triple Play" and want to add the phone service. They will give you the package price just to get another customer.

they told me when i got it that if your power goes out it has a battery backup on it that last for a few hours
